From Saturday 31st August to Saturday 28 September : 3 000 € Per WEEK (STAY OF TWO WEEKS MINIMUM)
SPECIAL RATES on REQUEST : school holidays, short and long stays, other arrival and departure days
THE RATE INCLUDES:
Air conditioning, water, gas, electricity, electricity, Wi-Fi broadband Internet, towels, bed linen with beds made on arrival, special COVID 19 maintenance pack SANYTHOL, SPA and pool maintenance and heating*.
Security deposit of 1 000 * to pay on arrival by credit card imprint
* Pools not heated out of summer season
CHECK IN : Arrivals are between 5:00 pm and 7:00
CHECK OUT : Departures must be made no later than 09:00 am.

CANCELLATION : In the event of cancellation, the sums paid are kept as compensation. We advise you to take "Cancellation Insurance".
INFORMATION CANCELLATION CONVID-19 : In the event of cancellation linked to Covid-19 by French government decision, we undertake to fully reimburse the sums paid if you are not reimbursed by your "Cancellation Insurance", without any other compensation.
METHOD OF PAYMENT : TRANSFER - CASH - BANKING CARD accepted on place and VAD (VISA and MASTERCARD) - CHECKS (Received no later than 30 days before arrival)
